Project

Journalist, writer and broadcaster Dan Saladino first published his award-winning book Eating to Extinction in 2021. He approached me in 2022 to build a website with two primary functions: to act as a companion to the book, hosting further images and audio recordings; and to promote a new event, Food Diversity Day, which took place on 13th January 2023.
